“I am providing a review based on one visit. I have a credit card with bofa but not a bank account and they currently have a great mortgage program that I wanted more info on. I spoke to Alberto and Sabrina. Alberto was a pleasure to speak to, he had great communication skills and treated me like a person not just a customer. I had specific questions about a loan program and Sabrina was the expert on this and I feel like she is a true gem and needs a raise because she answered all my questions expediently, enthusiasticly and spent as much time as needed to satisfy all my inquiries. Based on this interaction I felt worthwhile to leave a positive review for them as they were truly a pleasure to speak to and represented bofa very well.”

“So I'm not a big fan of banks and I rarely write reviews but,I feel the need in this case.I'm not an account holder at this bank but, one of the company's I do work for does.This Saturday (I was having a rough start,actually rough couple weeks) I try and use the same branch as much as possible mainly so staff and I become familiar with one another. I squeaked in right before closing time today which right before I did was stressing making it there on time but, the moment I did stress level dropped but,that didn't last very long and what I thought was going to be my day (and rest of weekend) taking turn for the better started to go from sugar to lemons . An issue with the check I was there to cash wasn't going to be cashed. I was going to be in bad spot my truck"s transmission took a ---- I had a friend give me a lift there it was now after 2 so no chance of getting this cashed until maybe sometime on Monday. I cannot deposit it anywhere (not a fan of banks) but, before I started to lose my--- the manager whose name I wish I could remember, and Maidra my teller my day turned back to sugar and has been getting better since , those two ladies helped me when I really needed it and,made it happen,So Thank You manager whose name I wish I could remember ,and Thank You Maidra it was much appreciated (but still not a fan of banks) you guy's made my day {Edit} And let's not forget about manager whose name I wish I could remember”

“Went there to inquire about a check I deposited two days prior, to know when the available balance would reflect. I told the teller that I was told by another teller at the same branch (which was great btw) a portion of the check would be available today and the remaining balance the next week that's why I opted to deposit the check with BOA as it is also my main bank, and that I had the option to get the full balance at another bank tomorrow. She said why didn't I do that, no comments...”
